"Tim the Fish is not alive, nor is he real. This is technically not a real movie, nor is it not(if that's how you say that)."

Two brothers want to send off their late pet fish in their park's pond. The pair then find themselves stuck in the water, which leads to a discussion of time, relationships, and what movies even are.
